I grew up in Cambridge and got into building pretty young, helping my old man on all sorts of home renos and new builds. Those early days on the tools taught me more than just how to swing a hammer — they gave me a real appreciation for solid craftsmanship and doing things properly.

Over the years, I’ve widened my skill set to include high-end concrete construction, working alongside some top-notch concrete specialists and learning advanced techniques that deliver both beauty and strength. Blending carpentry with concrete might sound a bit unusual, but it means I can offer clients something unique — high-quality work with a creative edge, whether you're after a full build or something more custom.

Outside of building, I’ve had the honour of representing New Zealand as a competitive sailor on the international stage. That experience taught me a lot about discipline, teamwork, and staying sharp under pressure — all things I bring to the job site every day.
